Out of pure frustration I cancelled their services about 2 months ago in writting and over the phone, but they simply ignored me and are STIILL stealing their amount in fees from my useless FNB account, which I also cancelled with FNB 3 times...I'm still waiting for my paid up letter from August 2017.When you call they promise to email it to me but till today I'm waiting.Good day, I am frustrated due to the facy that I have spoken to several consultants regarding my account that was handed over to legal department.I have payed the outstanding amount but by accident I have put one diget wrong using my cellphone number as reference.I find the person representing this institute unprofessional and extremely ignorant.When pointing out a technical error on a document leading to debt collection, this person were unwilling to deal with the matter amicably and in a professional manner. Matter GAEK7469-17 for Linda Maxhayi we made a duplicate payment to the value of R9'100.00 as a settlement award in error.I have been contact or attempting to contact Kate Chad since November 2017 and she only came back to me once amongst the countless emails and phone calls.it's February 2018 and we have not received our refund of R9'100.00 as yet. I have had only trouble & empty promises from them from day 1.I requested the allocation of this payment so that it can be updated on the system. I have been battling for more than a week waiting for a response .
